Hello Culinary Parents,
We have completed our sanitation and safety units and students are almost ready to get into the kitchen! This week we will start our knives and smallwares unit where students will be introducted to the different types of knives, how to use them and the basic knife cuts. Students will also learn the different hand tools and how they are used within a kitchen. Students will be working in the kitchen beginning this week (9/13) so please ask them to prep dinner for you by dicing and chopping your veggies!
