Welcome Culinary Parents!
We are moving right along in our introduction class and students just completed the sanitation unit. We are currenly working on safety and will have that unit wrapped up by the end of next week (9/10). After students have learned to handle food safely and work with equipment and knives safely, we will move onto our knife skills unit. Please note that in the event your child is absent from school, I am placing their paper copies in the "while you were out bin" and work has been posted on CTLS. They can find it under the classroom resources folder, and it is seperated out by date(s). Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns, and once we get into the kitchen, please allow your student to cook at home! Chef Dow
