Welcome Culinary Parents!
We are moving right along in our Culinary Arts 2 class and students have completed the sanitation and safety unit. We are in full swing of our baking unit where students are learning the different mixing methods and will move to yeast breads. They will learn how to use yeast to create a variety of bread products both sweet and savory. Please note that in the event your child is absent from school, I am placing their paper copies in the "while you were out bin" and work has been posted on CTLS. They can find it under the classroom resources folder, and it is seperated out by date(s). If they are absent on a lab day, students will need to get with me to discuss the alternative lab option. Please reach out to me with any questions or concerns! Please allow your student to cook at home so they can practice and showcase their culinary skills! Chef Dow
